Wii Fit
Wii Fit is an exergaming video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Wii console. It uses a unique peripheral called the Wii Balance Board to offer a variety of physical activities. An enhanced version of the game, Wii Fit Plus, was released in 2009 with additional exercises and features.
Since the original Wii console has been discontinued, you will most likely find these products used or refurbished.
The game include activities across four main training categories:
- Aerobics: Features fun, rhythmic activities like jogging and step aerobics.
- Strength Training: Includes a range of exercises like push-ups and lunges, guided by an on-screen personal trainer.
- Yoga: Teaches various yoga poses, with real-time feedback on your balance.
- Balance Games: A collection of mini-games that test your centre of balance, such as slalom skiing and tightrope walking.
