- Vic rises through the ranks by taking over businesses from rival gangs, leading to conflicts with figures like the Mendez brothers and Ricardo Diaz.
- The game’s narrative reveals the origins of the Vance brothers’ criminal empire and ultimately sets the stage for Vic’s eventual fate at the beginning of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
