Description

Road Rash II Mega Drive

Road Rash II, released for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis in 1992, is a fast-paced motorcycle racing and vehicular combat game developed and published by Electronic Arts. It is the second installment in the Road Rash series and is known for its blend of high-speed racing and brutal combat.
Gameplay features
  • Racing and combat: The core gameplay involves illegal street races across five different United States locations, including Molokai, Arizona, Tennessee, Alaska, and Vermont. The player must finish in third place or higher to advance, but can also use punches, kicks, and stolen weapons like chains and clubs to take down opponents.
  • Upgradable motorcycles: As you win races and earn prize money, you can visit the Bike Shop to purchase faster and more powerful motorcycles. These bikes are available in three categories: Ultra Lights, Super Bikes, and Nitro Bikes, which are equipped with nitro boosts for extra speed.
  • Two-player mode: This sequel introduced a split-screen multiplayer mode, allowing two players to race against each other or compete against the computer-controlled racers.
  • Police pursuits: As you race, police officers patrol the courses and will try to knock you off your bike and impound it, forcing you to pay a fine.
  • Environmental obstacles: You must avoid obstacles on the road such as cars, rocks, and animals, which can cause spectacular wipeouts and damage your bike.
