Mega Games 2 Mega Drive
Mega Games 2 is a compilation released for the mega Drive only in Europe in 1993. It was the second of three similar compilations, and was only distributed with Sega Mega Drive II consoles. Mega Games 2 is a games bundle that comprises the following games: Golden Axe, Streets of Rage and the Revenge of Shinobi.

- Golden Axe (ゴールデンアックス, Gooruden Akkusu) is a side-scrolling hack and slash arcade video game released in 1989 by Sega for its System 16-B arcade hardware. Makoto Uchida was the lead designer of the game, and was also responsible for the creation of the previous year’s Altered Beast. The game casts players as one of three warriors who must free the fantastical land of Yuria from the tyrannical rule of Death Adder, who wields the titular Golden Axe.

- Streets of Rage is a series of side-scrolling beat ’em up video games, centring on the efforts of several ex-police vigilantes trying to rid a fictional, large American city from a crime syndicate that has corrupted its local government. The first three games in the franchise were developed and published by Sega for the Sega Genesis in the early 1990s, and have since been ported and re-released on various platforms. A fourth entry, Streets of Rage 4, was released in 2020.

- The Revenge of Shinobi, released in Japan as The Super Shinobi (ザ・スーパー忍, Za Sūpā Shinobi), is a video game developed and published by Sega in 1989. It was the first Shinobi game developed for the Sega Genesis, and was later released on the coin-operated version of that console, the Mega-Tech.
