Return And Refund Policy
We offer a return and refund policy for faulty items purchased within 14 days from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If we cannot replace the item, we will issue a full refund. Please note that all customers will have to pay for the return postage, which will then be refunded once we receive the order back.
